This easy and delicious marinated Flank Steak Dinner Recipe takes less than 10 minutes to cook and it's perfect for hosting company. Juicy, sweet and smoky.

Ingredients

  • 2-3 lb Flank Steak fat trimmed
  • 1 cup BBQ Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1-2 cloves Garlic minced
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl mix the bbq sauce, Worcestershire sauce and garlic until combined

  2. Pour the sauce int a baggie and insert the beef. Rub the sauce all over the meat and marinade in the fridge for a couple of hours (optional)

  3. Preheat the broiler for 5 minutes

  4. Place the meat in a greased broiler pan reserving the marinade juices inside the baggie. Season with salt and pepper 

  5. Pour the leftover marinade into a small saucepan and heat on low

  6. Broil for 3-4 minutes on each side

  7. Remove flank steak from oven and let it rest covered with foil for 5-10 minutes

  8. Slice the beef against the grain and enjoy!
