Ingredients

Tuna Marinade and Asian Dressing

  • 1 tablespoon Hoisin Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 2 tablespoons Sesame Oil
  • 2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
  • Juice of 2 limes
  • 1/2 teaspoon Ginger minced
  • 1 teaspoon TABASCO® Sauce

For Slaw

  • 1/2 cup Red Cabbage chopped
  • 1/2 cup Green Cabbage shredded
  • 1/2 cup Carrots shredded
  • 1/4 cup Cilantro chopped

For Tacos

  • 1 lb Fresh Sushi Grade Ahi Tuna cubed
  • 8 Tortillas
  • 2 Jalapenos sliced
  • 2 Avocados cubed

For Spicy Mayo

  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons TABASCO® Sauce

Instructions

  1. Mix tuna with 1/2 of dressing. Cover, refrigerate and set aside 

  2. In another bowl, mix slaw ingredients with 1/4 dressing. Set aside

  3. In a small container mix the rest of the dressing with the avocado cubes

  4. For spicy mayo mix the mayonnaise and TABASCO® Sauce together. Place in a squeeze bottle (optional)

Assembly

  1. Warm tortillas in the microwave

  2. Add slaw, tuna, jalapeno slices and avocado

  3. Top with a drizzle of spicy mayo

  4. Serve with lime slices 

  5. Enjoy!
