Ingredients

For Tangy Cream Cheese

  • 8 oz Cream Cheese, softened
  • 2 teaspoons Lemon Juice
  • 1 tablespoon Dill, chopped

Assembly

  • 4 oz. Smoked Salmon, thinly sliced
  • 16 TRISCUIT crackers
  • Dill, for garnish

Instructions

For Tangy Cream Cheese

  1. In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, lemon juice,and dill.

Assembly

  1. Pipe a dollop of the cream cheese mixture ontoeach cracker.

  2. Cut smoked salmon thinly and roll up to createa rose shape.

  3. Place salmon on top of the cream cheese mixture.

  4. Garnish with a piece of dill.

  5. Serve immediately.
