Ingredients

  • 2 lbs Salmon
  • 1/2 Cup Soy Sauce
  • 1/2 Cup White Wine
  • 1/2 Cup Apricot Jam
  • Sesame Seeds for garnish
  • Chives chopped for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 Degrees Fahrenheit
  • In a bowl, mix the soy sauce, wine and apricot jam
  • Place salmon in a baking dish
  • Pour sauce over the salmon
  • Sprinkle sesame seeds
  • Bake for 20 minutes
  • Remove from oven and top with chopped chives
  • Enjoy!
