2 lbs Salmon 1/2 Cup Soy Sauce 1/2 Cup White Wine 1/2 Cup Apricot Jam Sesame Seeds for garnish Chives chopped for garnish (optional)
Preheat oven to 350 Degrees Fahrenheit
In a bowl, mix the soy sauce, wine and apricot jam
Place salmon in a baking dish
Pour sauce over the salmon
Sprinkle sesame seeds
Bake for 20 minutes
Remove from oven and top with chopped chives
Enjoy!
