Baked Pumpkin Doughnuts - These are the best fall doughnuts you will ever try! They are so soft and moist and loaded with pumpkin/cinnamon flavor! Yummy!

For Donuts 3 eggs 1 cup sugar 1 1/2 cup pumpkin puree 1/2 cup vegetable oil 2 Tbsp pumpkin pie spice 1 tsp salt 1 1/2 tsp baking powder 1 3/4 cups all purpose flour Topping 1/2 Cup Sugar 2 Tablespoons Cinnamon
Preheat oven to 350 Degrees Fahrenheit
Mix the eggs, sugar, pumpkin puree, oil and pumpkin pie spice together until smooth and well combined
Add the flour, baking powder, and salt. Mix until smooth
Don't overmix batter
Grease a doughnut pan and add fill each about 3/4 full
Bake for 15 to 18 minutes or until the toothpick test comes out clean
In the meantime, make a mixture of cinnamon-sugar in a sandwich bag. While doughnuts are still warm, coat each one inside the bag.
