Ingredients

  • 2 Ripe Bananas, mashed
  • 2 cup Oats uncooked
  • 1/2 cup Raisins
  • 1 teaspoon Pure Vanilla Extract

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a bowl, mash bananas until mostly smooth.
  • Stir in oats, raisins, and vanilla until fully combined.
  • Scoop small portions onto prepared baking sheet.
  • With damp hands, gently shape into round bites.
  • Bake for 9 to 12 minutes or until lightly golden.
  • Cool on pan for 5 minutes, then transfer to rack.
  • Serve and enjoy.

Notes

  • Use very ripe bananas for the best sweetness.
  • Add cinnamon or pumpkin spice for extra flavor.
  • Swap raisins for dried cranberries or mini chocolate chips.
