- 2 Ripe Bananas, mashed
- 2 cup Oats uncooked
- 1/2 cup Raisins
- 1 teaspoon Pure Vanilla Extract
Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a bowl, mash bananas until mostly smooth.
Stir in oats, raisins, and vanilla until fully combined.
Scoop small portions onto prepared baking sheet.
With damp hands, gently shape into round bites.
Bake for 9 to 12 minutes or until lightly golden.
Cool on pan for 5 minutes, then transfer to rack.
Serve and enjoy.
