- 2 cups flour sifted
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup Sour Cream
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 2 large eggs
- 4 bananas ripe and mashed
- 1/2 cup walnuts chopped
- 4 tablespoons butter melted
Preheat Oven to 400 Degrees Fahrenheit
In one bowl, place the flour, sugar, salt and baking powder. Mix
In another bowl mix in the mashed bananas, sour cream, eggs, vanilla and melted butter
Add the dry ingredients to the wet. DO NOT OVERMIX
Pour batter onto muffin tins lined with paper
Bake for 20-25 minutes or until brown on the outside
Remove from oven and enjoy!
