In a small bowl, mix thoroughly all the sauce ingredients together using a fork or a whisk. Make sure there are no lumps from the cornstarch. Set aside
Place a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the broccoli and cook for 30 seconds
Remove broccoli from water and quickly throw them in a colander and pour cold water on top to stop them from cooking further. Set them aside until ready to use
On the same pot of boiling salted water add the noodles and cook for 8-9 minutes. When ready, drain
Meanwhile, heat a large rimmed skillet over medium-high heat. Pour the sesame oil
Add the beef and cook on both sides for 3-4 minutes or until beef has browned
Reduce heat and add the ginger and garlic. Stir-Fry for 2-3 minutes or until the garlic is cooked
Pour the sauce in and let it cook for 2 minutes or until thick and bubbly. Add the drained noodles, stir. Add the broccoli and stir until everything is combined
