1 cup Black Eyed Peas cooked 1/3 cup Lemon Juice 1 teaspoon Cumin 2 teaspoon Garlic minced 1/2 cup Tahini Paste 1/4 cup Olive Oil Salt and Pepper to taste Garnish (optional) 5-6 Black Eyed Peas cooked 1 teaspoon Parsley chopped 1/2 teaspoon Olive Oil
Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth
If the mixture is too thick, add water by the quarter cup until you’ve reached the right consistency
On serving, place into the serving bowl, make small paths with the back of a spoon and drizzle olive oil into the wells
Serve with pita bread, vegetables, and crackers
