Instructions
Preheat Oven to 350 Degrees Fahrenheit
Line an 8x8" square pan with parchment paper and add nonstick spray
In a small bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt together
In a pan over medium-low heat, melt the butter and cook until it starts to brown and smell nutty. Move the pan around from time to time to prevent the milk solids from burning the bottom of the pan
Place the browned butter the bowl of a mixer. Add the brown sugar and mix with a wooden spoon until combined
Turn on the mixer and add the eggs one a time and the vanilla extract
Slowly add the flour and mix until completely combined
Finally, throw in the chips and mix well
Pour half of the mixture in the 8x8" pan
Microwave the Dulce de Leche for 20 seconds or until it becomes looser and easily pourable
Add entire dulce de leche on top of the blondie batter, spread it evenly
Pour the remaining blondie batter on top of the Dulce de Leche and spread
Bake in the oven for approximately 30 minutes or until firm (center should be soft)
Remove from oven and let it rest for 20 minutes before cutting into squares
