To be honest, I love cooking but my passion is developing bread and desserts. I wish I could do it more often but I also want to fit in my jeans = hence my conundrum.
It’s been too long since I baked a nice dessert so I decided to give this one a try. The recipe is based on my decadent Nutella Brownies – I adjusted a few kinks here and there and the results are melt in your mouth blondies with a creamy Dulce De Leche center.
Preparing this recipe is not difficult at all and it does not require you to spend hours in the kitchen baking (although I wouldn’t mind at all) it’s easy, simple and the baking time is approximately 30 minutes.
If you’re entertaining, throwing a kid’s party or hosting a bake sale I recommend giving these a try… They will surely be a hit.
You can add a little more Dulce De Leche on top if you would like or just eat them as is. I personally like them without the topping, it’s less messy.
My picky 7 year old loves Dulce de Leche, she hears those 3 words and comes running! I can’t wait to see the look on her face when she tries them. I am sure it will become her favorite dessert.
