  • 1 Cup Dried Dates pitted and chopped in pieces
  • 1/4 Cup Walnuts chopped
  • 1/4 Cup Concord Grape Wine or Juice
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Cinnamon
  • Pinch of Salt
