Ingredients

  • 8 oz Pasta Shells
  • 1 lb Chicken Breast cubed
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 can Diced Tomatoes undrained, 14.5 oz
  • 1 can Tomato Sauce 15 oz
  • 1 1/2 Cups Shredded Italian Cheese
  • 1 Green Pepper diced
  • Nonstick Cooking Spray

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375 Degrees Fahrenheit
  • Cook pasta according to the package's directions. Drain
  • Meanwhile heat a skillet on Medium High Heat and add nonstick spray
  • Brown the chicken in the skillet and add the green pepper and garlic powder. Cook until the chicken is no longer pink and peppers soften. About 5-7 minutes
  • Add the cooked pasta to the chicken, pour the tomato sauce, diced tomato and half of the cheese. Mix well
  • Pour entire mixture in a casserole dish and top with remaining cheese
  • Bake for 15 minutes or until cheese melts and becomes bubbly
