Ingredients
For the Crust
2cupswalnuts
1cupMedjool datespitted
2tablespoonscoconut oilmelted
For Filling
2ripe avocados
1/2cupunsweetened cocoa powder
1/4cupmaple syrupor agave
2tablespoonscoconut oilmelted
2tablespoonscoconut cream
Fresh raspberriesoptional garnish
Instructions
Line a 7 or 8-inch tart pan with removable bottom.
Add walnuts, dates, and coconut oil to a food processor.
Process until sticky crumbs form.
Press mixture into bottom and sides of tart pan.
Freeze while preparing filling.
Add avocado, cocoa powder, maple syrup, coconut oil, and coconut cream to food processor.
Process 1 to 2 minutes until completely smooth.
Spoon filling into crust and smooth top.
Garnish with raspberries if desired.
Refrigerate 3 to 4 hours until set.
Slice and serve.
Notes
*I recommend using one with a removable bottom for easy lifting
