Chocolate Hazelnut Cups

Easy no-bake chocolate cups filled with creamy hazelnut spread and covered in chocolate. Perfect homemade candy for holidays, parties, or sweet cravings.

Ingredients

  • 2 Cups Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
  • 1/2 Cup Nutella Hazelnut Spread
  • 1/4 Cup Powdered Sugar
  • 2 Tablespoons Unsalted Butter melted
  • Chopped Hazelnuts optional

Instructions

Make Chocolate Shells

  • Prepare a mini muffin pan with paper liners, or use a silicone mold/pan.
  • Melt chocolate in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
  • Spoon about 1 teaspoon melted chocolate into each liner.
  • Spread chocolate up the sides to coat bottom and walls.
  • Refrigerate 10 minutes until set.

Make Filling

  • Stir hazelnut spread, powdered sugar, and melted butter until smooth.

Fill Cups

  • Spoon or pipe filling into each chocolate shell, leaving room at top.

Seal

  • Cover filling with remaining melted chocolate.
  • Sprinkle with chopped hazelnuts if desired.

Chill

  • Refrigerate 20 to 30 minutes until firm.

Serve

  • Remove liners and enjoy.

Notes

  • Use good-quality chocolate for best flavor.
  • Mini silicone molds also work well.
  • Store refrigerated up to 1 week.
  • Freeze up to 2 months.
  • Top with sea salt, sprinkles, or drizzle for variations.
