4 boneless skinless chicken breasts 1/2 cup Dijon mustard 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce 2 tablespoons honey
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Arrange the chicken breasts in a baking dish in a single layer.
In a small bowl, whisk together the Dijon mustard, honey, and Worcestershire sauce.
Brush or spoon the sauce evenly over both sides of the chicken.
