4 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast Halves 1/2 cup Dijon Mustard 1 Tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce 2 Tablespoon Honey
Preheat oven to 350 Degrees F.
Place chicken breasts in a rectangular baking dish side by side but not overlapping
In a small bowl mix the mustard, honey and Worcestershire sauce
Add the sauce mixture to the chicken breasts. Rub on both sides until all the chicken is coated with the sauce
Place in the oven for 30-40 minutes or until the chicken is cooked. Turn them halfway through baking
