16 oz Rice Ramen Noodles 1 tablespoon peanut butter 2 tablespoon soy sauce 2 tablespoon sesame oil or olive oil 1 tablespoon honey 1 teaspoon rice vinegar 1 clove garlic minced 1 teaspoon fresh ginger grated scallions sliced 2 tbsp peanuts crushed 1 tbsp sesame seeds scallions sliced
Cook the noodles according to package directions
In a bowl, whisk the peanut butter, soy sauce, oil, honey, rice vinegar, ginger, garlic and scallions
Pour over the cooked and hot noodles
Toss gently to coat all the noodles, sprinkle with the peanuts and serve!
