2 tablespoons Almond Flour 2 tablespoons Swerve or Truvia 1/2 teaspoon Baking Powder 2 tablespoons Unsweetened Cocoa Powder Pinch Salt 1 Egg 2 tablespoons Butter melted and cooled 1 tablespoon Prepared Coffee 10 Sugar Free Chocolate Chips
Spray the inside of 2 mugs with nonstick spray
In a bowl, mix the almond flour, cocoa, sweetener, baking powder, and salt together
In another bowl mix the egg, melted butter and coffee
Slowly whisk in the dry ingredients into the wet
Divide mixture into 2 mugs
Microwave for approximately 45-50 seconds
Remove from microwave and top each one with chocolate chips
