Season both sides of chicken with paprika, basil, parsley, salt and pepper.
In asmall bowl, mix together butter and minced garlic
Heat avocado oil in a cast iron skillet over medium-high heat. Once pan is heated through, add chicken and cook for 1-2 minutes each side.
Pour garlic butter sauce over the chicken and place the skillet in the preheated oven. Bake for 15-25 minutes depending on the size of chicken breasts. Chicken breasts should get to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F.
Remove skillet from the oven. Use a spoon to pour the garlic butter sauce from the pan onto each chicken breast before serving

This recipe makes plenty of this liquid gold garlic butter sauce. It is delicious poured on the chicken after plating, but also poured onto an accompanying side of mashed potatoes.
