For Orange Bundt Cake 2 Cups all purpose flour 2 Cups sugar 1 Cup Unsalted Butter (2 sticks) 4 Eggs Zest of 4 Oranges 2 Teaspoons Baking Powder For Orange Syrup 1/2 cup Orange Juice from 1 orange approx 1/2 Cup Sugar For Orange Glaze 3/4 Cup Confectioner Sugar 2 Tablespoons Orange Juice
For Orange Bundt Cake Grease a bundt pan with nonstick spray
Preheat oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit
In a mixer, cream the butter and sugar together for 3-4 minutes
Add the eggs and zest. Mix until combined
Finally add the flour and baking powder in 2-3 installments
Place the thick batter inside the bundt pan. Make sure the batter is distributed evenly
Bake for 45-55 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the cake comes out clean
Remove from oven
For the Orange Syrup In a small saucepan, add the orange juice and sugar and mix over medium until the sugar dissolves
Poke holes on the bottom of the hot bundt cake
Pour the entire syrup all over the bottom of the cake
Let it cool on completely
