For Salad 1 Avocado diced 2 Tomatoes diced 1/2 Cucumber diced 1 can Hearts of Palm diced 1/4 cup Cilantro chopped Salt and Pepper to taste For Mustard Lime Vinaigrette 1/4 cup Lime Juice about 2 limes 1/2 cup Olive Oil 1 ts Sugar 1 ts Dijon Mustard Salt and Pepper
