4 lbs Short Ribs 6 tablespoons Flour 1 Onion diced 2 cloves Garlic minced 4 Carrots diced 2 cups Beef Stock 1 Green Onion to garnish Salt + Pepper to taste 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
Season the ribs with salt, pepper and coat with flour
First, press saute and drizzle a little bit of olive oil on the bottom of your IP and brown each side of the short ribs.
Remove ribs, and add the onion, garlic and carrots. Cook until soft, about 2-3 minutes
Add the beef stock and ribs into the pot and place the lid on top. Press Manual and set to 40 minutes on High Pressure.
Once the minutes are done, allow the IP to naturally release pressure for about 10 minutes. Or until the pin on the top drops. (10 NPR)
Serve over rice or mashed potatoes. They will be falling off the bone!
Feel free to season the beef with rosemary, thyme, or any other spiced you may like.
