Ingredients

Mango Pulp
from 1 big or 2 medium mangoes

Instructions
Preheat Oven to 160 Degrees F (or as low as your oven can go)
Place mango pulp in the high-speed blender or food processor. Puree
Using a spatula, spread the puree onto a cookie sheet lined with silicone or parchment paper. Make sure you spread the puree evenly
Place in the oven for 2-4 hours or until the mixture is dry. If mixture is not dry leave it longer
Carefully, peel off the paper and roll it using parchment paper. Cut into strips
Keep them at room temperature in a zip top bag
Enjoy!
Notes
You may use frozen mangoes. Simply thaw before pureeing.
