2-3 lb Flank Steak fat trimmed 1 cup BBQ Sauce 1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce 1-2 cloves Garlic minced Salt and Pepper to taste
In a small bowl mix the bbq sauce, Worcestershire sauce and garlic until combined
Pour the sauce into a baggie and insert the beef. Rub the sauce all over the meat and marinade in the fridge for a couple of hours (optional)
Preheat the broiler for 5 minutes
Place the meat in a greased broiler pan reserving the marinade juices inside the baggie. Season with salt and pepperÂ
Pour the leftover marinade into a small saucepan and heat on low
Broil for 3-4 minutes on each side
Remove flank steak from oven and let it rest covered with foil for 5-10 minutes
Slice the beef against the grain and enjoy!
