1  can  Refrigerated Biscuits  8 ct. 1  Cup  Jelly  any flavor Oil  for frying 1/2  Cup  Powdered Sugar  
Heat the oil in a saucepan on medium heat 
Cut the biscuits into 4 pieces 
Roll the pieces with your hands in the shape of a ball 
Fry the donuts in batches until browned on both sides, about 1-2 minutes per side 
Drain the excess oil on a plate lined with paper towels 
Fill the injector with jelly. Use a spoon if no injector is available 
Using the tip of a knife, make a small hole on the donut. Insert the jelly filled injector or a spoon and fill them up 
Dust with powdered sugar (optional)
