This delicious baked brie recipe is topped with roasted figs, honey, rosemary, and pistachios. The perfect easy appetizer that's ready in 25 minutes or less

Ingredients

  • 1 wheel of brie cheese
  • 5-6 Black Mission Figs - halved or quartered
  • 1 Spring rosemary
  • 2 Tablespoons roasted Pistachios
  • Honey
  • Salt + Pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit
  2. Line a sheet pan with parchment paper
  3. Place the wheel of brie in the sheet pan
  4. Top with 5-6 crushed rosemary leaves
  5. Top with figs, salt, and pepper
  6. Drizzle with honey
  7. Bake for 20-22 minutes or until the cheese has softened
  8. Remove from oven and sprinkle in pistachios
  9. Add some more honey if needed
  10. Enjoy!
