Ingredients

  • 2 cups heavy cream chilled
  • 2 -13.4 oz cans of Dulce de Leche*

Instructions

  1. In the mixer using the whisk attachment beat the heavy cream until creamy
  2. When the milk becomes thick and creamy, add an entire can of dulce de leche in 2-3 installments
  3. Remove from the mixer
  4. Open the other can of dulce de leche and with a spatula gently fold in the dulce de leche so that it doesn't entirely incorporate inside the cream
  5. Place the mixture inside a container and cover
  6. Place in the freezer for 4-5 hours to set up
  7. Enjoy!

Recipe Notes

**prepared dulce de leche can be found in the canned milk section of your supermarket. If you can't find it, replace it with condensed milk. And boil the condensed milk INSIDE the unopened cans for 2 hours in abundant water. Cool and open
