Ingredients

  • 1/2 Cup of Brown Rice UNCOOKED
  • 3/4 Cups of water
  • 1 Egg large
  • 1 Tablespoons of All Purpose Flour you may use gluten free flour
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven to 350 Degrees Fahrenheit
  2. Place ALL ingredients in a high-speed blender or food processor
  3. Blend or process until all the rice is pulverized and mixture resembles a liquid
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased donut pan, muffin tin or other pan. If using silicone, there's no need to grease the pan 
  5. Bake for 20-30 minutes or until they are crispy 

  6. Enjoy!
