Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 Cups Oatmeal
  • 2 Bananas ripe
  • 2 Teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 1 Teaspoon Vanilla
  • 4 little packets of Stevia (I used Truvia you may also use honey or agave syrup)
  • 1-2 Teaspoons Cinnamon add more or less
  • 4 Eggs
  • 1/2 Cup Water
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1/2 Cup Walnuts chopped (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 Degrees Fahrenheit
  2. Place ALL ingredients (minus walnuts) in a blender or in a food processor until it creates a batter. Add the walnuts
  3. Spray a loaf pan with cooking spray
  4. Pour batter inside the loaf pan
  5. Bake for 50 minutes to 1 hour or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean
  6. Remove from oven and cool
  7. Enjoy!

The loaf tastes better when eaten warm
