Lemon Balsamic Asparagus

This delicious Lemon Balsamic Asparagus Recipe is perfect for a quick and healthy side dish weeknight meal. It's tangy, sweet and very flavorful.

Ingredients

  • 1 Bunch Asparagus
  • 1/2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 Lemon juiced
  • 1-2 tablespoons Balsamic Glaze
  • Salt + Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven to 350 Degrees F.

  2. Clean Asparagus

  3. Place them in a sheet pan and pour Olive Oil all over them and make sure that everyone is coated. Season with salt and pepper

  4. Roast for about 15 minutes or until soft

  5. Remove from oven and add lemon juice

Recipe Notes

If you want to make the glaze yourself simply place 1 cup of Balsamic Vinegar in a pot and simmer on medium-low until reduced and liquid becomes thicker (takes about 15-20 minutes)
