Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
Line muffin tin with paper liners
Mix the milk with the vinegar and let it sit for 5 minutes (this is make low-fat buttermilk)
Sift the contents of the tea bag, flour, salt and baking powder together. Pour dry ingredients into a bowl and mix in the Swerve Sweetener
In another bowl, whisk the buttermilk, eggs, and cooled melted butter
Mix in the wet ingredients into the dry. Mix with a whisk until just combined. Do not overmix
Pour batter into muffin tins filling them 3/4 of the way.
Bake for 17-18 minutes or until browned on top.
