Ingredients

For Tangy Cream Cheese

  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill chopped
  • Pinch of salt optional

For Assembly

  • 4 oz smoked salmon thinly sliced
  • 16 crackers sturdy, any variety

Instructions

  • In a bowl, mix cream cheese, lemon juice, dill, and a pinch of salt until smooth.
  • Spread or pipe a dollop of the cream cheese mixture onto each cracker.
  • Cut smoked salmon into small pieces and gently roll or fold into a rose shape.
  • Place salmon on top of each canapé.
