For Salad 8 oz Surimi diced 1/2 Cucumber diced 1/4 of Purple Onion chopped 1 Avocado diced For Sesame Dressing 2 tablespoons rice vinegar 2 tablespoons soy sauce 1 tablespoon sesame seed oil 1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds 1 teaspoon sugar Garnish Cherry Tomatoes Sesame Seeds
For Salad
Toss the diced veggies and surimi together in one bowl
For Dressing
Whisk all the sesame dressing ingredients together in one bowl
Assembly
Pour dressing over salad and toss
Garnish with tomato and more sesame seeds (optional)
