Ingredients
For Crepes*

Eggs

For Toblerone Ganache

Instructions
For Crepes
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until combined
In a 9 inch skillet, melt butter
Add 2 tablespoons of batter at the center of the skillet and swirl it around until the bottom of the skillet is covered. Cook for 2 minutes
Flip and cook for 30 more seconds
Remove from heat and repeat the process until 30 crepes are made
Chill them covered in the fridge
For Toblerone Ganache
Chop Toblerone and place inside a bowl
In a saucepan, heat the cream over medium heat until it boils
Remove from heat and pour it on top of the chopped chocolate
Wait 1-2 minutes and whisk until the chocolate melts and incorporates with the heavy cream
Chill in the fridge for about 2 hours or overnight
Remove from fridge and place the ganache in the mixer and using the whisk attachment until the cream thickens and becomes creamy
Assembly
Use a cake plate and dab a bit of ganache on the middle of the plate. Place one crepe on top of the dab of ganache to prevent it from moving
Pour 1 tablespoon of ganache on top of the crepe and spread evenly using a spatula
Place a crepe on top and repeat the process 29 more times
Spread remaining cream on the sides of the cake leaving the top intact
Chill in the fridge while making the glaze
For Dark Chocolate Glaze
Place chips in a bowl
Boil cream in a saucepan and pour it on top of the chocolate
Wait 1-2 minutes and whisk until all the chocolate melts
Pour on top of the cake and spread using a spatula
Chill in the fridge for 15 minutes
