Lately, I have been loving my breakfast recipe phase! This Cinnamon Apple Bake is sweet, crunchy, and nutty, with lots of spices, and served with a tangy orange maple glaze that brings this dish to the next level It is also super easy to make. The perfect dish to serve as part of a breakfast or brunch occasion with your family and friends. It’s the breakfast version of an apple pie.

Believe it or not, this Cinnamon Apple Bake is made with a can of Refrigerated Cinnamon Rolls. So there’s no rolling, kneading, or proofing required.

I love that I can whip this up at the last minute and it looks like I’ve been baking all day. Top with a little cream and you’ll be in heaven. You can also make this in advance and bake before your guests arrive.

Here’s how easy the process is:

You will find the full recipe below. But here are the basic instructions: In a buttered dish, add your cinnamon roll pieces, toss in the orange-soaked apples, add the spicy custard mix, top with pecans, and bake.

As soon as you pull the dish out of the oven, drizzle the yummy orange syrup on top and that’s it. Now grab a plate and enjoy!

The apples stay crunchy to balance off the sweet texture of the cinnamon rolls. I prefer this texture over the ones inside an apple pie. In my opinion, they tend to be mushy and too soft.

I hope you can try this delicious Apple Bake with Orange Maple Syrup at home. If you do, please upload a pic on Instagram, tag me @Livingsweetmoments, or use the hashtag #LivingSweet. I promise to repost it.
