Quick Mango Salsa Recipe

The big game is around the corner and what better way to celebrate it than throwing a Mexican Fiesta. Forget about beers and let’s bring in the Margaritas!  This feast it’s easy to make, delicious and definitely a crowd pleaser.

If you’re hosting a party for the Super Bowl, the idea is to enjoy the game and the company instead of worrying about making an elaborate feast.

This quick Mango Salsa is ready on your table in 2 minutes or less and it tastes amazing. Serve it alongside with some toasted chips and there will be no need to step away from the TV. I’ll stay just to eat the salsa, the game not so much 😉

Imagine something sweet, savory, fresh and spicy all at the same time. Yup that’s Mango Salsa for you. It’s a no brainer! You don’t even need a can opener, all you need is the following ingredients:

While the Super Bowl is on, keep the kids (and some wives) entertained with The Book Of Life DVD that will be released January 27th – just in the time for the game. I loved that movie! In fact, my mango salsa has a very manly mustache in honor of Joaquin and Manolo.

So what are you serving for the Superbowl? I hope you can give this quick Mango Salsa Recipe a try. Make one spicy bowl and a kid friendly version for the movie watchers.
