Lemon Slow Cooker Chicken Pasta
It’s the time of year to break out the ol’ crock pot and give it a whirl. This delish Lemon Slow Cooker Chicken Pasta is as addicting as it is tasty. Kid friendly too!
Lot’s of people don’t know, but the slow cooker is not only for shredded meat or chicken. You can also use it for casseroles, baking, and even pasta dishes. Once you try it, you’ll be hooked.
Since my kids love chicken and pasta, I decided to combine the two items with a tangy twist.
The slow cooker doesn’t require any babysitting or heating up the kitchen. It’s a great way to make food that won’t take up a lot of space and will leave your home smelling very fragrant.
You can also add some veggies like peas, carrots, onions and leeks to this Lemon Slow Cooker Chicken Pasta. Customize it and make it your own. If you’re a fan of pork, bacon would also be a nice flavor pairing.
I love how creamy and dreamy this dish is. That’s why I decided to serve it in a bowl. Only good comfort food is given that honor.
Out of the 5 days a week, my daughters decided to sign up to after school activities in 4 of them. That means that when we come home at night we’re running to do homework and have dinner ready in a jiffy.
One of the great ways to get my meals organized is to use a slow cooker. That way I don’t have to be stirring a pot and stand in the kitchen the whole entire time. I get to throw everything in there and let him do the work while I help my girls with homework (or chase them to do it).
Finally, I hope you can try this delicious Lemon Slow Cooker Chicken Pasta at home. If you do, please upload a pic on Instagram and tag me @Livingsweetmoments or use the hashtag #LivingSweet. I promise to repost it.

I’m looking for as many crock pot/chicken, potato or pasta recipes as I can find. I see several I pan, quick pot, or baking sheet recipes..if I can modify those for crock pot, that’d be perfect. I’ll share my outcomes with u if u like. I’m disabled and don’t have a stove but I do have, toaster over, Bunson burner, microwave, electric skillet, deep fryer,, sandwich maker. I don’t eat much pork, usually too tough to chew.
I do also like ground beef, patties, etc.. almost always potatoes for side…
