Candy Cane Cosmopolitan Mocktail

As I write this, I am listening to Christmas carols on my playlist.

2020 has been chaotic and full of surprises. But with the holidays around the corner, we can leave the worries behind and treat ourselves to some much-needed joy and happiness.

This Candy Cane Cosmopolitan Mocktail will bring a smile to your face. Its fizzy, sweet, and tangy, with a peppermint surprise. You can serve it in a large pitcher so everybody can pour it into a cup, flute, or martini glass.

I rimmed the martini glasses with crushed candy canes to not only give them a festive look but also to complement the flavor.

To enhance this experience, chill the rimmed glasses beforehand and your drink will stay cool and fresher for longer.

When I moved to the States in 2002, Cosmopolitans were all the rage. I used to order them all the time, just like the girls in in my favorite TV shows. A little citrus and cranberry juice gave the cocktail a beautiful Christmas red color.

This time around, I elevated my mocktail by adding the delicious fizziness that makes your taste buds pop. It comes from the delicious cherrybubly™ sparkling water available in the sparkling water aisle at your localPublix.
