Peach Cherry Wine Slushies

These Peach Cherry Wine Slushies are cold, fruity, refreshing, and exactly what summer ordered. They are made with wine, peaches, and cherries blended into a frozen cocktail that tastes like sunshine with a little grown-up sparkle.

This is the kind of drink you make for pool days, brunch, girls’ night, backyard parties, or those Miami afternoons when stepping outside feels like opening the oven door. One sip and suddenly life is much more manageable.

The peaches bring sweetness, the cherries add bold fruity flavor, and the wine keeps it light and crisp. It is easy, pretty, and dangerously sippable.

Why You’ll Love These Wine Slushies

  • Easy frozen cocktail: just blend and serve.
  • Perfect for summer: cool, fruity, and refreshing.
  • Great for entertaining: make a pitcher for parties or brunch.
  • Beautiful color: peaches and cherries make this drink naturally gorgeous.
  • Customizable: Use your favorite white wine or fruit combination.

What Wine Works Best?

A fruity white wine works beautifully in these slushies. Riesling is a great choice because it is crisp, slightly sweet, and pairs well with peaches and cherries. Moscato, Pinot Grigio, Sauvignon Blanc, or rosé can also work depending on how sweet or dry you like your drinks.

If your fruit is very sweet, use a drier wine. If your fruit is tart, use a sweeter wine. This is not a math test; it is a cocktail.

Fresh Or Frozen Fruit?

Frozen fruit is the easiest option because it helps create that thick, icy slushy texture without watering down the drink. Fresh fruit works too, but you may need to add ice or freeze the fruit beforehand.

For the best texture, freeze sliced peaches and pitted cherries before blending. That way, the drink stays flavorful, cold, and slushy instead of turning into a sad little smoothie with commitment issues.

How To Make Wine Slushies For A Party

These slushies are perfect for entertaining because you can make a big batch and serve them in a pitcher. Blend right before guests arrive, or make the mixture ahead and freeze it until party time.

If the slushie gets too firm in the freezer, let it sit at room temperature for a few minutes and stir before serving. If it gets too soft, blend it again with a handful of frozen fruit or ice.

Flavor Variations

  • Rosé Slushies: Use rosé instead of white wine.
  • Moscato Slushies: for a sweeter version, use Moscato.
  • Berry Peach Slushies: swap cherries for strawberries or raspberries.
  • Tropical Slushies: add mango or pineapple.
  • Sparkling Version: top each glass with prosecco or sparkling water.

Can I Make These Ahead?

Yes. Blend the slushie mixture and freeze it in a freezer-safe container. Before serving, let it thaw slightly, stir, and blend again if needed. This is especially helpful for parties because nobody wants to be stuck babysitting the blender all afternoon.

Serving Ideas

Serve these Peach Cherry Wine Slushies in chilled glasses and garnish with fresh peach slices, cherries, mint, or a cute straw. They pair beautifully with summer appetizers, cheese boards, grilled chicken, seafood, brunch dishes, and poolside snacks.
