Creamy Carrot Ginger Soup Recipe
Craving a little comfort soup while you’re on a diet?. Then this is the soup for you!. It’s creamy, tangy, filling and delicious!.
I love to make a big pot on Monday and heat it for dinner the rest of the week. For ginger you can use fresh or the ones that come inside a tube.
What’s great about this Carrot Ginger Soup Recipe is that is low fat, vegetarian and contains absolutely no dairy!. Yet is creamy and full of flavor. If you are like me and love a spicier flavor you can add more ginger.
