This delicious baked brie recipe is topped with roasted figs, honey, rosemary, and pistachios. The perfect easy appetizer that’s ready in 25 minutes or less

I participated in Mom Blog Tour at the Summer Fancy Food Show on behalf of Wendy’s Bloggers and received John Wm. Macy’s CheeseSticks products to facilitate my review.

Honey Baked Brie With Figs And Rosemary

Is there something more delicious, ooey gooey than baked brie? I love how the cheese holds its shape but oozes out when you cut it.

The top of this Brie is made with delicious black mission figs, roasted pistachios, and rosemary with a heavy drizzle of honey that balances the flavors nicely.

These are the kind of appetizers that look fancy schmancy but are actually super easy to make. This is actually a non-recipe because it’s just arranging things together and baking.

If you’re hosting a party, celebration, or simply a romantic dinner, make this baked brie and it will surely be a hit.

When you take a bite, you will notice how the figs, cheese, and honey all mesh together in one bite. The Rosemary gives it an earthy tone while the pistachio works as the crunchy factor.

I made this yesterday in the afternoon and sent a picture to my husband while he was a work. His exact words: “I want it all, and I want it now” He came an hour later and devoured the whole thing. Thankfully I was able to get a bite before it was all gone.

The best way to eat this baked brie is by taking John Wm. Macy’s CheeseSticks, dipping in the cheese and twisting them to gather as much flavor in one bite as possible.

You can, of course, use a spoon but there’s no better brie delivery vessel than John Wm. Macy’s CheeseSticks. They’re crunchy, savory, and have a well-balanced taste that will leave you lingering for more.

Just dip your cheese stick into the brie and twist. Is that easy, and I cannot stop eating them.

According to my 8-year-old daughter, John Wm. Macy’s CheeseSticks tastes like the outside of an arepa. That’s a very high compliment coming from her.

During the Summer Fancy Food Show in New York City, I got the opportunity to give John Wm. Macy’s CheeseSticks a try. Not only that but I event got the honor to meet the creator and owner of the company.

Their products are made by hand-twisted, twice-baked bread made from sourdough, aged cheese, and seasoned butter. They now offer sweet sticks with cinnamon and chocolate. Yum!

I hope you can try this delicious Honey Baked Brie at home. If you do, please upload a pic on Instagram and tag me @Livingsweetmoments or use the hashtag #LivingSweet. I promise to repost it.
