The combination of cream cheese, dill, and lemon juice goes perfectly with a piece of smoked salmon served over a crunchy cracker.

I choose to serve on a cracker since it’s sturdy enough to hold toppings but delicate enough to make it a perfect bite. The crackers stay crunchy to counter the creaminess on top.

Ingredients

For Tangy Cream Cheese

  • 8 oz Cream Cheese, softened
  • 2 teaspoons Lemon Juice
  • 1 tablespoon Dill, chopped

Assembly

  • 4 oz. Smoked Salmon, thinly sliced
  • 16 TRISCUIT crackers
  • Dill, for garnish
US Customary - Metric

Instructions

For Tangy Cream Cheese

  • In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, lemon juice,and dill.

Assembly

  • Pipe a dollop of the cream cheese mixture ontoeach cracker.
  • Cut smoked salmon thinly and roll up to createa rose shape.
  • Place salmon on top of the cream cheese mixture.
  • Garnish with a piece of dill.
  • Serve immediately.
