Avocado Cilantro Cream
Spring is almost here I can just hear my hubby’s excitement about the beginning of the Sports Season. I always use it as an excuse to test out new recipes for the boys to eat.
Forget about the same old chips and salsa. This year I am giving them delicious Tacos with a tangy Avocado Cilantro Cream that will leave their taste buds wanting for more.
In Venezuela, there’s a similar sauce to Guacamole called Guasacaca (say that 2 times fast), which is runnier and used to accompany grilled dishes. So I mixed the 2 recipes and created this Avocado Cilantro Cream.
As the name implies, it’s creamy with citrusy undertones and a strong cilantro flavor. You can also add some pickled jalapeños for spice and a kick of flavor. It’s so delicious that I eat it with a spoonful.
They’re great to serve with tacos, tortilla chips, and even potato chips.
I hope you can make this delicious Avocado Cilantro Cream at home. If you do, please tag me on Instagram @livingsweetmoments and/or use the hashtag #LivingSweet – I promise to Repost it.

Looks delicious!
Is there any prep on the limes? Do you use just the juice? It’s surprising to think they’d go in the food processor whole. I apologize, it’s my fault since I wasn’t clear in the recipe
Tiffany says

How does this taste heated up? I went to a restaurant and with chicken enchiladas they had a green creamy sauce, that was warm, on top.
Tiffany says
This is dip is not meant to be heated. Room temp is fine
