Greek Burgers With Tzatziki Sauce
One more week and my kids will be out of school! I will be focusing on staying outdoors for the rest of the summer and worry less about cooking.
These delicious Greek Burgers With Tzatziki Sauce are the perfect quick weeknight dinner idea that is super easy to make and a hit with the whole family.
The burgers itself are very tasteful but the tangy tzatziki sauce pumps up the flavors and gives it a nice finish after every bite. I love serving them with purple onions, arugula, and tomatoes.
Want to know the secret to these Greek Burgers With Tzatziki Sauce? I add tons of crumbled feta cheese into my burger patties. Since feta doesn’t melt and stays in shape during cooking, it’s perfect to mix into the ground beef, chicken or lamb.
You can serve them on a bun, make the patties smaller for sliders, or serve them in Flatout Foldits to make them healthier like me. I love Flatout Foldits because They’re low fat, high in fiber and available in grocery stores nationwide.
The burgers can be broiled, grilled, sauteed. Depends on your personal preference. I love them grilled and during the summer, my husband tends to love grilling much more.
I really don’t know why since in Miami we have heat all year long. I guess he gets inspired.
Sometimes it’s nice to give your burgers a flair and I love experimenting with different recipes. Since greek salad is one of my favorites, I thought this dish would be a no-brainer. Luckily it was!
