Easy 3 Ingredient Dulce De Leche Muffins

Imagine having this delicious treat for breakfast? I love coming up with easy recipes because that makes me want to repeat them every week. Wake up Sunday morning with a fresh batch of 3 ingredient Dulce de Leche muffins.

If you’ve been following my recipe for a while, you may have noticed that I am a huge fan of everything Dulce De Leche. My chocolate hating daughter does too, so coming up with ideas of using this wonderful product is always on my mind.

I can stick them on toast, cakes, cupcakes, cookies and now MUFFINS. Probably will come out with some more ideas in the future.

I served my muffins with a little more Dulce De Leche because I can never have enough, but you can certainly eat them by themselves, with a little butter or even jelly.  Hey it’s your muffin! Do whatever you want.

Making these Dulce de Leche muffins is so easy because it only needs 3 ingredients and 10 to 15 minutes in the oven so you can whip them up at the last minute.

You can also make the batter the night before and then bake the next day for Breakfast or with coffee in the afternoon. Another great idea is to add butterscotch or chocolate chips to the batter. I am sure that might taste awesome!

Go ahead.. try to lick the screen or grab a can of Dulce de Leche, some eggs and a little self rising flour and make these at home. Don’t have self rising flour? I have the substitute in the recipe box below. Don’t have eggs? I really think you need to go grocery shopping then.

Next time I am baking these in mini muffin tins so my girls can take them to school in their lunch boxes. Just adjust your baking times accordingly to their smaller size. They will probably take between 8-10 minutes.

The trick here is not to over bake them. I can tell that from experience as my first batch did not turn out as great as I want them too.

I am a huge DDL fan as well – I have 2 large jars in my fridge just waiting for something other than being poured over ice cream. I love this recipe – 3 ingredients is such a no-brainer. Thanks!
