Marinated Beef Kabobs

Summer is here and I am enjoying as much time outside as possible. One of the easiest and quickest recipes that my whole family approves of is these delicious marinated beef kabobs. So when Kenmore Grills partnered with me to create this post, I knew I had to make this dish.

We moved to our home 2 years ago, my mother-in-law gave us an amazing gift: my beautiful red Kenmore Grill and you have no idea how many times a week we use it.

For me, it’s a great excuse to avoid cooking and leave the job to my husband. At the beginning of our marriage, he had no idea how to grill. Now he’s the expert.

We made the mistake of years ago getting a charcoal grill. It took a lot of time for the fire to stay steady and then it would die out as soon as we were cooking the meat. When my mother-in-law bought us our Kenmore Grill and we saw how easy it was to use, we were hooked.

I love the fact that I only need to preheat it for 5 minutes before adding my meat in so I can grill it on a whim without having to plan it hours in advance.

Another great thing I love is that it has a burner on the side where I can heat the sauce or boil some potatoes while the dish is cooking on the grill and my favorite feature: you can adjust the heat so you can choose between grilling and Barbecuing. This is my red beauty.

Just remember to get your skewers

To make these delicious Marinated Beef Kabobs, you will need to marinate the beef 2 hours before grilling. If you don’t have 2 hours, it’s ok just use the time you have available.

I usually choose the most colorful veggies to make it fun for my girls. In this case, I chose red onion, and red and yellow peppers. But you can use your favorite ones.

We use the bbq 4-5 times a week. The side burner and rotisserie are a bonus. I opted for the natural gas one. Nothing worse than changing a propane tank when the steaks are on and its a horrible Canadian Snow Storm.

The hubby will totally enjoy this. Although I am not very patient for skewers so I may use a grill pan. I love that thing πŸ™‚ Thank you for sharing.
