Oh, Man! There are days when everything is going great, and there are others when I need to make this Nutella Fudge Recipe.
One little square makes me happy in an instant. It’s soft, chewy, and nutty and it melts in your mouth so beautifully. If you’re a huge fan of Nutella you are going to love these squares.
If you’ve never tried fudge before, it’s a mix between a brownie and a chocolate bar without the cakey part. Fudge is naturally gluten free so anyone with gluten allergies and sensitivities can eat them. Last week I made

This week has flown by. With school, carpools, piano, ballet, and art classes in the afternoon and homework in the evenings.
My parents are still visiting from Venezuela and so is my husband’s family. We’ve been so busy lately with daily life and family gatherings that sometimes I need a break and making fudge is relaxing.
The smell of chocolate melting on the stove, the wooden spoon stirring all that thick luscious mixture. The opening of a jar of Nutella. Nothing can be more relaxing and decadent than that. My husband does get kind of impatient waiting for the fudge to set, so I usually hide it until it’s ready.

We served these as a dessert last night for Shabbat with my family and it was a hit. They are so decadent that I recommend cutting them up into small pieces.
If you’ve tried other Nutella desserts before, you may have noticed that they taste like chocolate but the Nutella part gets muddled or hidden behind all that chocolate flavor.
I developed this recipe with chopped hazelnuts and added hazelnut extract so the nutty flavor is predominant. Tastes just like Nutella in a more solid form.
Nutella Fudge Recipe
Ingredients
- 14 oz Condensed Milk 1 can
- 1 1/2 Cups Semisweet Chocolate Chips
- 1 Cup Nutella
- 1/4 Cup Hazelnuts Chopped and toasted
- 1/2 Teaspoon Hazelnut Extract you may substitute for Hazelnut coffee creamer
- 1/4 Teaspoon Salt
Instructions
- In a double boiler, mix in the Chocolate Chips, Nutella, Condensed Milk and salt until melted
- Stir in the hazelnut extract and chopped nuts. Mix until combined
- Pour mixture in an 8x8 inch square pan lined with parchment paper
- Let it set for a minimum of 4 hours or overnight
- Cut into squares
- Enjoy!
