Chocolate Caramel Fudge
I love this season because it’s ok to eat copious amounts of fudge. January it’s for diets, and December is for enjoying delicious sweet treats. 🙂 This chocolate caramel fudge has 2 distinct flavors in one bite. Both are smooth, soft, and delicious. If you’re a chocoholic you can’t miss this dessert. It’s amazing!
If you have family or friends with gluten allergies, then this fudge is for you. It’s no-bake and gluten-free. Plus it’s ready in minutes. Gotta love some fudge!
If you’re attending dinner, parties, and get-togethers, this Chocolate Caramel Fudge is always a hit! Cut them in squares, and bars or use cute cutters to create different shapes and sizes.
You know I am a sucker for everything with dulce de leche, you can buy the already prepared cans that are available in the shelf-stable dairy aisle or the Latin section at your supermarket.
If you can’t find them, just boil some UNOPENED cans of condensed milk in abundant water for 2 hours. Just use a large pot and make sure the unopened cans are completely submerged in water while they are boiling.
I added a few heath bar chunks on top and some drizzled chocolate for crunch and extra cocoa flavor. I bet you can’t just eat one.
While holiday cookies are great and yummy, nothing beats fudge. Best of all, there’s no baking involved! Just make it, let it set and cut. Doesn’t get any easier than this.
