Brown Butter Blondies With Dulce De Leche
I suggest that if you’re on a diet, make these blondies part of your cheat meal. They are incredibly flavorful, and chewy and have a creamy Dulce de Leche center.
What more can you ask for? All the flavor permeates in every bite. It’s like heaven on a plate. The brown butter combined with the Dulce De Leche, brings out incredible flavor and makes an excellent pair. All the other ingredients are the much-needed backup singers.
To be honest, I love cooking but my passion is developing bread and desserts. I wish I could do it more often but I also want to fit in my jeans = hence my conundrum.
It’s been too long since I baked a nice dessert so I decided to give this one a try. The recipe is based on my decadent Nutella Brownies – I adjusted a few kinks here and there and the results are melt-in-your-mouth blondies with a creamy Dulce De Leche center.
Preparing this recipe is not difficult at all and it does not require you to spend hours in the kitchen baking (although I wouldn’t mind at all) it’s easy, simple and the baking time is approximately 30 minutes.
If you’re entertaining, throwing a kid’s party, or hosting a bake sale I recommend giving these a try… They will surely be a hit.
You can add a little more Dulce De Leche on top if you would like or just eat them as is. I personally like them without the topping, it’s less messy.
My picky 7-year-old loves Dulce de Leche, she hears those 3 words and comes running! I can’t wait to see the look on her face when she tries them. I am sure it will become her favorite dessert.
Hope you can try these delicious Brown Butter Blondies With Dulce De Leche a try and if you do, please come back and let me know how they came out.

- Pour the remaining blondie batter on top of the Dulce de Leche and spread
- Bake in the oven for approximately 30 minutes or until firm (center should be soft)
